Our pranayama and meditation class offers a unique opportunity to learn and practice ancient techniques for breath control and relaxation. Pranayama or yogic breathing is an essential part of the yogic tradition, which aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit. Meditation, on the other hand, helps to quiet the mind and increase focus and awareness. In this class, you will learn various pranayama techniques, including Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana and Kapalabhati as well as different meditation styles, such as mindfulness and guided visualization. These practices have been shown to reduce stress, improve overall health and well-being, and promote a sense of inner peace and happiness.
